Additionally, this Notice explains how you can prevent us from sharing certain

applies to you if you have applied for a financial product or service, if you
are a current customer and if you become a former customer. You become a former
customer if we have not communicated with you about your account for a period
of 12 consecutive months, at which time you will not receive an annual privacy
notice from us in connection with that account.

your customer information. In order to provide you with superior service, we

actively engaged in their assigned duties, who need access to such customer
information to administer our business, may access or use customer information.

WITHIN THE FLB, IBC LIMITED FAMILY OF COMPANIES AND WITH "UNAFFILIATED THIRD
PARTIES".
In order to protect customer privacy, we carefully control the way we share

A. WE MAY SHARE CERTAIN CUSTOMER INFORMATION WITHIN THE FLB, IBC LIMITED FAMILY
OF COMPANIES.
Companies in our FLB, IBC Limited family who may receive your customer
information include financial service providers, such as consumer lenders,
small lenders, deferred deposit providers, check cashers, supervised lenders,
regulated lenders, delayed deposit providers, collection agencies, loan
brokers, deferred presentment providers and others, such as any company that
may offer a product or service that we believe will be useful, helpful or
convenient to you. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, we may share within the
FLB, IBC Limited family of companies "experience" information such as a
customer's account history and experiences with us. You cannot prevent us from
sharing "experience" information with our FLB, IBC Limited family of companies.
Additionally, unless you tell us not to, we may also share "nonexperience"
information among the FLB, IBC Limited family of companies which includes:

assets and income)

Information we have obtained from "nonaffiliated third parties" (such as
employment history).

You can instruct us not to share "nonexperience" information within the FLB,

account will affect all participants.

variety of federal and state laws, such as in response to a subpoena.
